Technical Admin Address Line 1 *(Required)
The secondary email address cannot be an alias of the primary email address and must be “off-domain” (i.e. different from the domain for activation). This is REQUIRED by Google in case the school’s network goes down or the Technical Admin gets locked out of the Admin Console. An invalid response will delay your order.
Purchase Terms(Required)
The Person completing this form must be the authorized Technical Administrator associated with this Google Domain and understands that all purchases are final and cannot be refunded, changed, canceled, etc. If this form is submitted with an incorrect domain and your order is processed using the incorrect domain, you will be required to submit another purchase order to provision new licenses to the correct domain. If you are also having Trafera enroll Chrome OS devices in your Google Admin Console, proceed to the next section. If you are only purchasing licenses, scroll down and click the blue SUBMIT button.
Complete the next section if Trafera will be enrolling Chrome OS devices in your Google Admin console. Please note your credentials are securely transmitted and stored at Trafera, with strict access controls in place. We recommend a policy of least privilege, which we detail here.

If you would like to enable automatic enrollment of Chrome devices into your domain upon power on and connecting to the internet, please provide a Pre-Provisioning Token and Google Customer ID from your Admin console.
Pre-update Chrome OS prior to delivery(Required)
If requested, a list of MAC addresses will be sent prior to delivery.
Console Work includes verifying Chromebook enrollment, moving hardware to sub organization (OUs), and uploading asset IDs in Google Console. To complete Console Work, Trafera requires limited service level or custom access to your Admin console. Trafera also requires access to Chrome devices within the Devices management app and the Google Sheets tool Chromebook Inventory.
